Our team’s design focus is to create a sense of place rather than simply somewhere to shop. The aim is to attract a wider customer base whilst creating an arresting landmark for the city. We created a sound and clear retail strategy to incorporate a diverse range of experiences. The podium will hold over 200 stores and a state of the art cinema complex. It’s goal is to be a destination for the entire family and cater to all ages, interests, and tastes.
The strategy consists of well-located anchor units and appropriately spaced activities. Shoppers will feel as if they have a clear active route, with lofty public spaces and framed views capturing crisp, clean and modern architecture. An expansive sky lit dome brings filtered natural light deep into the centre of the building, and allows shoppers to engage with the day.
The mall’s organic theme has sculptural design-story elements and unique water-features. It sets the stage for a unique and inspiring retail and lifestyle experience.
