He has been actively involved in the development and promotion of digital technologies and processes worldwide, at project, company, and industry levels.

Jeames is leading the digital transformation strategy at Buchan, where he is implementing workflows centred around automation, algorithmic design, machine learning, AI, and digital twin technologies, which present significant opportunities for the architecture industry in project design and delivery, as well as across business operations.
