Buchan is proud to join Brisbane’s creative community for Branch Out 2021 at the Brisbane Powerhouse. This year Buchan and BEC have joined forces to showcase our take on the festive spirit with ‘Foil’.

The Buchan + BEC Christmas tree uses a contemporary design language to represent the traditional symbol of Christmas.

Christmas trees represent new life, and our take on it represents the vivid life of Brisbane and our hopes for future growth. It uses a repetitive singular element to create a dynamic form, demonstrating the power of the individual to contribute to something larger.

The variation of colour represents elements of both New Farm Park’s Jacaranda trees and traditional Christmas colours, blending the two to create something unique.
